We are extremely satisfied with the service received from Oasis. As our property is listed, we could only install secondary double glazing units. However, Oasis completed the initial and final surveys thoroughly and installed the units with full care and attention. We had double glazed windows replaced in the front of our house by Oasis. The entire process was stress-free and clear. Jim (sales) and Paul (owner) looked at what needed to be done and to price the job. They were both professional, polite and friendly. There was no hard selling and I always had the final decision on any advice they gave. The quoted price was very fair and reasonable and there was no money asked to be paid up front. The two men that came to fit the windows (Chris and Paul?) arrived on time, were hard-working, polite and cheerful. They discovered some issues with the original window fittings in the walls while here (which caused leakage) and spent time ensuring that everything was put right with the new windows for us, taking extra time to do this. They knew their stuff, like everyone at Oasis, worked to a very high standard and took pride in their work. Everything was left neat and tidy when they left as if they were never here. The new windows are lovely, even our neighbours have commented on them! I can not recommend these fine people highly enough and will use them in the future when needed.

My old conservatory has been updated and totally transformed back into a useable living pace. The obscure glass in some panels work really well, it’s great not having to have blinds. Oasis were fantastic from start to finish and totally unlike the large nationals. Their sales person, Jim, was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Most notably he was very patient and understanding and applied no pressure whatsoever as we deliberated and chopped & changed our ideas. Paul, the owner, measures up the jobs personally, and double checks the order. He also recommended some improvements we hadn’t considered. He also checked on progress throughout the job. The fitters, in our case, Phil & Mark were absolutely great. They were meticulous in their work and were exceedingly careful to make sure everything was truly spot on & right first time. They really took their time to fit each unit carefully & with the utmost professionalism. They were very personable & were happy to discuss anything & go that little bit extra if requested. They also protected all our carpets & furniture and thoroughly tidied up each day. Oasis may not be the cheapest but they are the best in our opinion and way more meticulous & professional than most. In our view that was worth the slight premium and the quality of the units and fit has proven that decision to be 100% correct for us. Highly recommended.

There are cowboys in the windows trade and we had been approached by one. However, Oasis were recommended by friends who had enjoyed a positive experience. There may be a long-ish lead-in time between the very efficient measuring and quote stage and the fitting, but the results are worth it. The fitting of 3 medium and 1 large windows was done in 2 days. Mess made was a minimum and all was left tidy by the two expert fitters. The result is a clean look, well engineered and attractive. We're very pleased.

The work was carried out some years ago.
Like most of us I did not read the relevant call back informing.
I called as a couple of window handles had bubbled and back door had a small amount of rust on it, I live very near to the coast.
Paul came out and sorted out all the issues, replaced or advised what to do.
It was only later that I realised that actually I was not entitled to this visit as my warranty had run out but everything was done professionally with kindness and as before Oasis went above and beyond with their service.

It was excellent. The two man team who did the work did everything possible to minimise the inevitable disruption and we are very pleased with the end result. It all went a lot better than we had dared to hope. We appreciated the very positive approach to any problems encountered along the way. For example a previous owner had made a modification, which I wanted to reverse, which involved installing a missing piece of soffit and installing some supporting timber. It wasn't obvious that this would be needed beforehand but it was addressed without any quibbles or hesitation. Finally, I was impressed by how hard the team worked and how they managed to turn up each day with everything they needed.

Oasis has completed several phased works for me and always performed well – quickly providing acceptable estimates and installing first-class materials according to agrees programs. Installers always polite, efficient and thorough in cleaning on completion, undertaking disposal of all removed materials. I wouldn’t use any other supplier.

This time Oasis fitted a new front door for us. As when they replaced our front windows, the service was excellent from start to finish and the door is great. We can’t fault Oasis at all and will use them again without hesitation.

This was our third time using Oasis windows and doors. They had previously replaced all the windows and doors in our 4 bed house except the patio doors. When one of these was broken recently in a Strimming incident i immediately  got on the phone to Oasis. They quoted favourably, measured up a week later and installed the new french doors exactly to my requirments 5 weeks later as promised. The fitters were done in 5 hours and left no mess at all. They did drink a lot of tea! Our home is now complete. I definitely recommend Oasis windows and doors, why go anywhere else?

We were very pleased with the work carried out. We were nervous about it as we have a wooden house and did not know what to expect once the old windows were taken out. We need not have worried as all was okay. No rotten bits of wood in the frames. We also had the fascias, soffits and cladding done both front and rear. Our phone line came through the edge of our front door rather than through the door. This was routed through the same place on our new front door and sealed up nicely. Overall the two workman that carried out the installation were polite and it was a lot of fun to hear their banter. They carried out an excellent job and we would be happy to recommend the company to friends.

Customer contact and standard of work carried out was very good and they were nice people to do to business with, which inspired confidence. I was also especially impressed with the speed and efficiency they fixed a problem from a third party sub-contractor whose work Oasis did not have direct control over. You might buy cheaper than Oasis, but I doubt you would buy better.
